Coat Check
Our club, Viertel, has a coat check where you can drop off your clothes without any hassle.
It costs €1.50 to drop off an item of clothing at our store. Please understand that we can only accept one jacket per hanger.
You can also leave your bags at our coat check for €1.50.
Unfortunately, we can't return any jacket or bag to you without your coat check ticket. Please contact us via Instagram or email and send us a description of your item. Our team will follow up with you.
If a jacket or bag is lost by one of our employees, we are liable for up to €80 of its current value. In this case, we require a description of the item and proof of purchase.
Admission
In our club we only host events that are open to people 18 and older. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot admit any underage visitors.
You can only enter the Viertel with a valid ID. Screenshots will not be accepted.
We accept ID cards, passports, and driver's licenses. We cannot accept documents that do not include a photo or date of birth.
Payment System
At the bar and the cash register, you can pay by card. At the coat check, only cash is accepted.
Lost and Found
It can happen from time to time that you lose something at the club. Please message us on Instagram or email us to let us know exactly what you lost, and we'll check to see if it's among the lost and found items.
Dress Code
We don't really have a dress code, but please make sure you dress appropriately.
Photos
You can find the complete albums in our Viertel app or on our website under “Photos.” You can find the Viertel app in the Android Store or the Apple Play Store.
1. Using the Report button in the app:
Tap the photo in question and select the Report button. There, you can specify an appropriate reason (e.g., “I’m in the photo and don’t want to be shown”). We review each report individually and delete the photo if the reason provided is valid.
2. Via Instagram message:
Alternatively, you can also contact us directly via Instagram. Simply send us a message requesting that the photo be deleted. Please be sure to include the name of the event and the date so we can find the image more quickly.
Box Office
Yes, there is a box office for every event; the only exceptions are events that are sold out in advance.
The box office opens at 11:15 p.m.
Lounge
No, that's not possible, since we don't offer VIP lounge reservations.

The address is Bloherfelderstr. 2-6, 26129 Oldenburg.
There is ample parking available on site.
Bus line 309, which stops at “Lasiusstraße,” stops right outside the door.
Smoking Policy
We have a separate smoking area that is also equipped with its own bar.
E-cigarettes are permitted throughout the club. However, we would appreciate it if you would use the designated smoking area.
